Aims and objectives
Association "Gulls" is the first photo contest "Moments 2009" for a prize
the following prize:

a week on a sailboat for a person in Greece.

Theme Contest

SEA man
poetic inspiration and everyday
resource and threatens peace and passion

Association "Gulls" let the artists can draw inspiration from these ideas to free their works.

Condizioni di partecipazione
1. Al Concorso possono partecipare artisti di qualunque nazionalità ed età.
Ciascun artista, potrà presentare una sola domanda di partecipazione.
Non possono partecipare al concorso: i componenti della Giuria e coloro che siano uniti da vincolo
di matrimonio, di convivenza, ovvero da vincolo di parentela o affinità fino al 4° grado compreso
con i componenti della Giuria.
2. La partecipazione al Concorso è di 10 euro, cifra che comprende il tesseramento all’ENDAS
( http://www.endas.it/ ). La quota deve essere versata con bonifico bancario a:

3. Ogni artista che intenda concorrere dovrà presentare una o due opere inedite a sua discrezione.
4. Le opere devono essere fotografie a colori o in bianco e nero in formato digitale. Sono ammesse
le manipolazioni digitali.
5. Gli artisti partecipando al concorso accettano il presente regolamento in ogni sua parte e
dichiarano che le persone ritratte nelle fotografie spedite abbiano concesso la liberatoria.
6. La Giuria è composta da Marina Vallongo, Petri Sormunen, Giulia Brolli e Floriana Bettini.

Il premio
Il premio in palio è una settimana in barca a vela di 44 piedi da scegliere nel periodo tra luglio e
settembre 2009. ll vincitore otterrà alloggio gratuito in barca e avrà l’opportunità di veleggiare tra le stupende isole greche con la sola spesa del proprio vitto.

Spedizione delle opere
I partecipanti dovranno spedire la/le foto via e-mail all’indirizzo concorso.istanti@alice.it entro e
non oltre domenica 28 giugno 2009 nella modalità seguente:

• Oggetto della mail: “PARTECIPAZIONE CONCORSO ISTANTI 2009”
• Allegato: 1 o 2 foto zippate
• Testo: Application form copied and pasted into the text of the email

The photos will remain available to the Archives of the "Gull" which will select among the participants
works the best. They, along with the winning photo will be included in the website
association. The work is published online will be related by the full name of the photographer
. If you prefer to remain anonymous should specify in the email.

selection of works eligible for the competition
The Selection Committee will identify, in its sole discretion, the works eligible for the competition. The artist chose
the winner will be contacted no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2009. The artist
expressly authorizes the association "Gull" to treat their personal data
under Law 675/96 (the so-called "Privacy Policy"), as amended.

Liability and Declarations
Each artist is responsible for the content of the work presented.
Participants in the competition represent and warrant that the submitted work is their exclusive ownership
. The association
Gull is therefore exempted from liability for any claims about the originality
