Italy lagging behind in economic growth
The news of the day: "Italy is lagging behind in economic growth."
"The growth forecast for 2008 reduced to 0.5%"
And about that now reviews are unleashed by politicians, or assumed, economists of the right or left etc..
I would like to add the network also consider a normal citizen, with a little ' of basic education (a degree in Nuclear Engineering with everything above) and forty years of life (a wife, three children, two grandchildren) and work. During my long
Consulting I was often confronted with companies in which it was made a radical change of leadership with the aim of improving the accounts and profitability. Almost all new vertex carrying out any reduction in costs not directly related to productive activities (innovation, training, promotion, maintenance, etc..) With the result of obtaining an immediate benefit to the accounts and profitability.
Secondo the media, the tax burden increased by 2%, while tax revenues increased by even more significant percentage of the recovery effect even evasion.
At this point we should not be surprised if we now lags behind in economic growth. This is the logical and direct consequence of the increased pressure and tax revenues.
fact, more financial resources acquired by the state have been withheld from businesses and individuals to be diverted to public investment, known to be less productive than private investment.
What would have happened if this had been 2 percent and more businesses and individuals? The answer is very simple.

an orgy of Poesias (1840)
Portrait of Felix de Montemar by El Estudiante de Salamanca (1840)

Canción del pirata
Con diez cañones por banda,
viento en popa a toda vela,
no corta el mar, sino vuela
un velero bergantín:
bajel pirata que llaman
por su bravura el Temido,
en todo mar conocido
del uno al otro confín.
La luna en el mar rïela,
en la lona gime el viento,
y alza en blando movimiento
olas de plata y azul.
Y ve el capitán pirata,
cantando alegre en la popa
Asia a un lado, al otro Europa
Y allá a su frente Stambul.
«Navega, velero mío,
sin temor,
que ni enemigo navío,
ni tormenta, ni bonanza
tu rumbo a torcer alcanza,
ni a sujetar tu valor.
Veinte presas
hemos hecho
a despecho
del inglés,
y han rendido
sus pendones
cien naciones
a mis pies.
Que es mi barco mi tesoro,
que es mi Dios la libertad,
mi ley la fuerza y el viento,
mi única patria, la mar.
Allá muevan feroz guerra
ciegos reyes
por un palmo más de tierra:
que yo tengo aquí por mío
cuanto abarca el mar bravío
a quien nadie impuso leyes.
Y no hay playa,
sea cualquiera
ni bandera
de esplendor,
que no sienta
mi derecho
and breastfeed my value.
That's my boat my treasure,
God is my freedom, my law
and wind force,
my only home is the sea.
to the voice of "boat coming!"
is to see how it turns and prevents
at full speed to escape:
I'm king of the sea,
and my anger is fear. The dams
I divide it equally caught
:
just want
for wealth
unrivaled beauty.
That's my boat my treasure,
God is my freedom, my law
and wind force,
my my only home is the sea.
Sentenced estoy a muerte!
Yo me río:
no me abandone la suerte,
y al mismo que me condena,
colgaré de alguna antena,
quizá en su propio navío.
Y si caigo
¿Qué es la vida?
Por perdida
ya la di,
cuando el yugo
del esclavo
como un bravo
sacudí.
Que es mi barco mi tesoro,
que es mi Dios la libertad,
mi ley la fuerza y el viento,
mi única patria, la mar.
Son mi música mejor
Aquilones
el estrépito y el temblor
de los cables sacudidos,
del negro mar los bramidos
y el rugir de mis cañones.
Y del trueno
al son violento
y del viento
al rebramar
yo me duermo
sosegado
arrullado por el mar.
Que es mi barco mi tesoro,
que es mi Dios la libertad,
mi ley la fuerza y el viento,
mi única patria la mar.
Canzone del pirata
Con dieci cannoni per lato
vento in poppa, a gonfie vele
non fende il mare, ma vola
un veliero brigantino:
vascello pirata detto
per il suo ardire il Temuto
conosciuto su ogni mare
dall’uno all’altro confine.
Splende la luna sul mare,
geme il vento sulla tela,
e con blando movimento
solleva onde d’argento.
It sees the pirate captain,
stern troll,
Europe and Asia on both sides in front of him
Istanbul.
"Search my sailboat,
without fear, no enemy shipping
or storm or calm
the route will divert
or humiliate your worth. Twenty prisoners
we have done in spite
of English, and have bowed
flags
hundred nations
at my feet.
My ship is my treasure, my God
freedom
my law
wind strength and my only home, the sea. The fair
war move
blind sovereign
per un palmo in più di terra:
qua io sono padrone
del grande indomito mare
a cui mai legge fu imposta.
E non c’è spiaggia,
qualunque sia,
né bandiera
di gran fama
che non senta
il mio diritto
né s’arrenda
al mio valore.
La mia nave è il mio tesoro,
mio Dio la libertà
mia legge la forza e il vento
mia unica patria, il mare.
All’annuncio “Nave in vista!”
guardate
come vira e s’appresta
rapido a fuggire:
io sono il re del mare,
la mia furia fa paura.
Del bottino
quanto ho preso
equally divide the
:
only wealth I aspire
unparalleled beauty.
My ship is my treasure, my God
freedom
my law
wind strength and my only home, the sea.
sentenced to death they sent me!
I shall laugh: the fate
not abandon me and he who condemns me,
maybe hang a pennant of his ship.
And if I fall,
What is life?
I
for lost time, when the yoke
slave
as fair
I shrugged.
My ship is my treasure, my God
freedom
My law
wind strength and my only home, the sea.
My best music are
kites,
the noise and tremor of the rigging taut, black sea
the roars the thunder of my cannon.
And at the sound of thunder and the wind violent
belling
to fall asleep lulled
placid sea.
My ship is my treasure, my God
freedom
my law
wind strength and my only home, the sea.

A Jarifa en an orgy
Trae, Jarifa, your hand, view and pósala
on my forehead
in a sea of molten lava
my head I feel burning.
Come
meeting with my lips those lips that irritate me, where even kissing
throb of your lover yesterday.
What virtue, purity? What
truth and love? Lain
child illusion that flattered my youth.
Give me wine to drown it
my memories without feeling groggy
fleeing life, peace
bring me the casket.
Sweat
burning my face and red blood ardente
uncertain shine my eyes, I skipped
heart.
Huye, mujer: te detesto.
Siento tu mano en la mía,
y tu mano siento fría,
y tus besos hielos son.
¡Siempre igual! Necias mujeres,
inventad otras caricias,
otro mundo, otras delicias,
o maldito sea el placer
Vuestros besos son mentira,
mentira vuestra ternura.
Es fealdad vuestra hermosura,
vuestro gozo es padecer.
Yo quiero amor, quiero gloria,
quiero un deleite divino,
como en mi mente imagino,
como en el mundo no hay;
if then, instead of grass and flowers, is
deserts and thistles,
and their watermelons or wanton annoyance
only find love and anger?
I threw, which quickly comet
on the wings of my burning fantasy
do any snatched my restless mind and triumphs
find such thought.
I threw with daring flight
outside world in the ethereal region, and found
doubt, and the radiant sky
vi become air illusion.
on earth Then virtue, glory, and anxiously looked
delirious love, and
heinous and despicable slag dust my weary spirit
found.
clean virginal women saw clouds
between blue light dawns;
touched me the smoke and saw bartered
purity, and mud and decay.
And I found my hopes faded
my eternal and insatiable desire;
felt my reality and I hated life.
Only in the peace of the grave I think.
And I look and still look greedy,
and still delights the soul and wants to pretend:
wonder and dread
accent "Ah, I answered, despair, and die.
Die, unhappy: life is a torment, deception
pleasure, not on earth
to you or that or happy, but eternal
ambition and eternal war.
So let God punish the daring soul, aspiring mad
, in frenzy,
of truth for the deadly
evening to discover the unfathomable arcane. "Oh
?, Ceases, no, I do not want
see more, or know nothing;
fed my soul and prostrate
anela just relax.
die in my feeling and died
for my happiness,
or pleasure or sadness
back to haunt my chest.
Pass, pasad en óptica ilusoria
y otras jóvenes almas engañad;
nacaradas imágenes de gloria,
coronas de oro y de laurel, pasad.
Pasad, pasad mujeres voluptuosas,
con danza y algazara en confusión;
Ven Jarifa; tú has sufrido
como yo; tú nunca lloras;
mas ¡ay triste!, que no ignoras
cuán amarga es mi aflicción.
A Misma es nuestra penalty,
en el llanto contienes compartment ...
Tú también, como yo, tienes el corazón
desgarrado.

A Jarifa in an orgy
Give me, Jarifa, give me your hand, come and
posala on my forehead,
in a sea of molten lava
I feel the burn head.
Come and Join my mouth your mouth
provocative, even shiver
where the kisses of your lover
yesterday.
Virtue, purity, what is it?
What is truth and love?
deceptive illusion of childhood that seduced
la mia giovinezza.
Dammi del vino:per affogarci
I miei ricordi; stordita
Inanimata, fugga la vita
Mi dia pace la tomba.
Il sudore brucia il mio viso
E rossi di sangue ardente
Brillano confusi i miei occhi,
mi scoppia il cuore.
Vattene, donna; ti detesto,
sento la tua mano sulla mia,
e sento fredda la tua mano
e sono di ghiaccio i tuoi baci.
Sempre uguale! Sciocche donne
Inventate altre carezze,
un altro mondo, altre delizie,
maledetto sia il piacere!
I vostri baci sono menzogneri,
menzogna la vostra tenerezza,
è bruttezza la vostra bellezza,
godervi è sofferenza.
I love, I want the glory, I
a joy divine,
as the image in my mind, as
does not exist in the world, and the light of that star
who tricked my fantasy
is false lights , a false driving
that blind and wandering dragging me. Why
died for the pleasure my soul
But still lives for a wicked pain?
Why, if I lie in indolent rest,
instead of peace, I feel an arid tedium?
Why this restless burning desire?
Why this strange and vague feeling, that I recognize
a rave,
and I continue to seek attractive lusinga?
Perché fingermi ancora amori e piaceri
di cui son certo che saranno menzogna?
Perché inseguendo il fantasma d’una donna
forse senza sapere il mio cuore delira,
se poi non trova prati né fiori,
ma spinosi cespugli e aridi deserti ,
e nei suoi vani o lascivi amori
soltanto troverà irritazione e fastidio?
Mi son lanciato, qual veloce cometa,
sulle ali della mia ardente fantasia
dovunque la mia inquieta folle mente
felicità e trionfi credeva di trovare.
Mi son lanciato con audace volo
fuori del mondo nello spazio etereo,
e vi ho trovato il dubbio, e il luminoso cielo
ho visto tramutarsi in illusione aerea.
Poi sulla terra la virtù, la gloria
ho cercato con ansia e delirante amore,
e putrida polvere e futile scoria
il mio stanco spirito ha trovato-.
Ho visto donne di purezza virginale
Tra bianche nubi di luce celeste;
le ho toccate e in fumo ho visto mutare
la purezza, in fango e putredine.
E dissolta mi è apparsa l’illusione,
eterno e insaziabile il desiderio.
Toccai la realtà e odiai la vita:
credo solo nella pace dei sepolcri.
E ancora cerco, bramoso cerco,
e ancora si finge e vuole l’anima diletti;
domando, e un’orrida voce
“Ahi, mi risponde, dispera e muori.
Muori, infelice: la vita è un tormento,
un inganno il piacere, sulla terra
non v’è pace gioia o felicità,
ma solo eterna ambizione e eterne guerra.
Così punisce Dio l’anima audace
che aspira, folle, nel suo insano delirio,
a scoprire della verità velata
al mortale l’insondabile arcano”.
Oh, smettila! No, non voglio
vedere né sapere più niente;
sazia e prostrata la mia anima
soltanto anela il riposo.
Muoia in me il sentimento,
poiché è morta la mia fortuna,
né il piacere né la tristezza
return to disturb my chest.
through, go into optical illusion deceived
and other young souls,
iridescent images of glory,
gold crowns and laurel, in the past.
Spend, spend, voluptuous women dancing in
festive confusion
passed as vaporous visions
not move or hurt my heart.
stun Let my imagination stirred by
toast and the clamor of the party, and
escape the night and the day
surprise me in an endless and stupid lethargy.
Come Jarifa,
you have suffered like me, never cry.
But not ignore it, or unhappy,
how bitter my pain.
Uguale è la nostra sofferenza,
invano trattieni il pianto…
Anche tu, come me,
hai un cuore infranto.

Come
meeting with my lips those lips that irritate me, where even kissing

What virtue, purity? What

Give me wine to drown it
my memories without feeling groggy
fleeing life, peace

Huye, mujer: te detesto.
Siento tu mano en la mía,
y tu mano siento fría,
y tus besos hielos son.
¡Siempre igual! Necias mujeres,
inventad otras caricias,
otro mundo, otras delicias,
o maldito sea el placer
Vuestros besos son mentira,
mentira vuestra ternura.
Es fealdad vuestra hermosura,
vuestro gozo es padecer.
Yo quiero amor, quiero gloria,
quiero un deleite divino,
como en mi mente imagino,
como en el mundo no hay;
if then, instead of grass and flowers, is
deserts and thistles,
and their watermelons or wanton annoyance
only find love and anger?

And I found my hopes faded
my eternal and insatiable desire;
felt my reality and I hated life.
Only in the peace of the grave I think.
And I look and still look greedy,

Die, unhappy: life is a torment, deception
pleasure, not on earth

Pasad, pasad mujeres voluptuosas,
con danza y algazara en confusión;

Come and Join my mouth your mouth
provocative, even shiver
where the kisses of your lover

Virtue, purity, what is it?
What is truth and love?
deceptive illusion of childhood that seduced
la mia giovinezza.
Dammi del vino:per affogarci
I miei ricordi; stordita
Inanimata, fugga la vita
Mi dia pace la tomba.
Il sudore brucia il mio viso
E rossi di sangue ardente
Brillano confusi i miei occhi,
mi scoppia il cuore.
Vattene, donna; ti detesto,
sento la tua mano sulla mia,
e sento fredda la tua mano
e sono di ghiaccio i tuoi baci.
Sempre uguale! Sciocche donne
Inventate altre carezze,
un altro mondo, altre delizie,
maledetto sia il piacere!
I vostri baci sono menzogneri,
menzogna la vostra tenerezza,
è bruttezza la vostra bellezza,
godervi è sofferenza.
I love, I want the glory, I
a joy divine,
as the image in my mind, as
does not exist in the world, and the light of that star
who tricked my fantasy
is false lights , a false driving
that blind and wandering dragging me. Why
died for the pleasure my soul
But still lives for a wicked pain?
Why, if I lie in indolent rest,
instead of peace, I feel an arid tedium?
Why this restless burning desire?
Why this strange and vague feeling, that I recognize
a rave,
and I continue to seek attractive lusinga?
Perché fingermi ancora amori e piaceri
di cui son certo che saranno menzogna?
Perché inseguendo il fantasma d’una donna
forse senza sapere il mio cuore delira,
se poi non trova prati né fiori,
ma spinosi cespugli e aridi deserti ,
e nei suoi vani o lascivi amori
soltanto troverà irritazione e fastidio?
Mi son lanciato, qual veloce cometa,
sulle ali della mia ardente fantasia
dovunque la mia inquieta folle mente
felicità e trionfi credeva di trovare.
Mi son lanciato con audace volo
fuori del mondo nello spazio etereo,
e vi ho trovato il dubbio, e il luminoso cielo
ho visto tramutarsi in illusione aerea.
Poi sulla terra la virtù, la gloria
ho cercato con ansia e delirante amore,
e putrida polvere e futile scoria
il mio stanco spirito ha trovato-.
Ho visto donne di purezza virginale
Tra bianche nubi di luce celeste;
le ho toccate e in fumo ho visto mutare
la purezza, in fango e putredine.
E dissolta mi è apparsa l’illusione,
eterno e insaziabile il desiderio.
Toccai la realtà e odiai la vita:
credo solo nella pace dei sepolcri.
E ancora cerco, bramoso cerco,
e ancora si finge e vuole l’anima diletti;
domando, e un’orrida voce
“Ahi, mi risponde, dispera e muori.
Muori, infelice: la vita è un tormento,
un inganno il piacere, sulla terra
non v’è pace gioia o felicità,
ma solo eterna ambizione e eterne guerra.
Così punisce Dio l’anima audace
che aspira, folle, nel suo insano delirio,
a scoprire della verità velata
al mortale l’insondabile arcano”.
Oh, smettila! No, non voglio
vedere né sapere più niente;
sazia e prostrata la mia anima
soltanto anela il riposo.
Muoia in me il sentimento,
poiché è morta la mia fortuna,
né il piacere né la tristezza
return to disturb my chest.

toast and the clamor of the party, and
escape the night and the day
surprise me in an endless and stupid lethargy.
Come Jarifa,
you have suffered like me, never cry.
But not ignore it, or unhappy,

Principe a eterna pena condannato

son quelle del cuore e la coscienza;

Navidad
During these days the children sing Christmas carols (popular songs with religious themes related to the birth of Jesus) and receive the "bonus" (gift, usually money that older children tend to do).
the night Christ was born on 24 December is "Christmas" in all English speaking countries and is celebrated as a family.
Quien consigue comerse todas las uvas a tiempo tendrá un happy year and good luck. After midnight people tend to leave and go to parties between fireworks and firecrackers, in Spain there is a big party in the Puerta del Sol de Madrid, where thousands of people hear the bells that announce the new year . Then, the English often go to parties and dances or stay on the streets. The Madrid end their night in a cafe, where they welcome the New Year drinking chocolate with "churros" (fried pieces of dough of flour and water in a cylindrical and elongated).
January 5 is the "Day of the Horse 'in towns and cities of Spain are organized parades in which the Reyes Magos (Melchor, Gaspar y Baltasar) reparten caramelos y golosinas.
The most typical is looking forward to congratulate Christmas "Merry Christmas" or "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year."
Las Fallas
The "Fallas de San José" in Valencia, held in March, and the whole city becomes an enormous stage and art festival. The faults are peculiar satirical monuments, made with combustible materials (cardboard, wood etc.), Which are assembled in the streets and major intersections, are on public display for several days and burned on the night of March 19 , the feast of San José ('failure' means 'Fire'). The city wakes up on 19 with the alarm clock, a fireworks of firecrackers that does jump out of bed to Valencia and visitors, the noise increases at noon with the mascletá (more firecrackers, smoke and pyrotechnics), and culminates with the cream: a twelve o'clock at night set fire to the failures, which burn all at once. Throughout the year
Valencian artists work in the construction of the failures, these groups of sculptures are humorous and satirical representations of problems and characters of today. Each artist chooses faller considered most successful figure of the monument being built and a few weeks prior to placement failure in the street, all the dolls (ninots) will be presented in a joint statement. By popular vote is awarded one ninot which, by their grace and beauty or satirical intent, is considered worthy of a pardon from the fire. The ninots awarded each year are incorporated into a museum.
The Sanfermines
The English party par excellence and best known in the world is that of San Fermin, a festival held in Pamplona (the capital of Navarra) from 7 to July 14 in honor San Fermín. The festival begins on July 6 with the traditional "chupinazo", firing a rocket fireworks. Then start the spectacle of "closure" when you release the bulls through the narrow streets of the city: the bulls are running from the corral to the bullring and with them men. In the afternoon we held the run. This amazing spectacle of the game between life and death, of ancestral tradition and indescribable force, impressed Hemingway. The closure has come to be world famous and casual runners, thousands, more tourists, who throng in the street, seriously endangering their lives. Many times these are tourists who have spent the night out, sometimes drunk, they have no preparation. Consecutive days are witnessing the greatest explosion of festive todas las calles de Pamplona; los jóvenes, siempre vestidos de “pamplonica”, con camisa y pantalón blanco, faja y pañuelo rojos, corren, bailan y cantan por todas las calles, bebiendo vino de la tradicional bota de piel.

Antoni Gaudí: vida y personalidad
Naturalism
EXPRESSIONIST This period is characterized by lively modernism, which begins in the Baroque spirit: but Gaudí did not conform with the traditional Baroque exterior dynamism, but that increased their chances, facing nature. In nature is the essential rules of architectural elements: "The spine is the trunk, the trunk deck is the mountain, the slopes and the summit, the roof of the cave ...". From this it is that without being imitative childishness inadmissible in architecture, the whole world to see in the work of this group, for its evocative power, life forms, natural, columns like elephant legs, openings that seem lips, waves sea, polychrome landscape.
Park Guell (1900-1914): The original plan was to build a model luxury development on the outskirts of Barcelona. This magnificent garden city was planned for 60 houses. Although Gaudí turned in this work, once again, his prodigious imagination, the project was a resounding commercial failure. Only two plots were sold. So, years later, this area became a public park in Barcelona. Gaudí flatly refused to clear the forest to trace the paths. By contrast, drawing on uneven terrain, created trails covered porches supported by columns with inclined. Despite the apparent thinness of these, reminiscent of palm trunks have been of outstanding weather resistance to attack. By using the very stones of the place, got even more, that architecture was an integral part of the natural landscape. UNESCO appointed to the Park Güell, in 1984, artistic monument of international protection.
HOME MILA (1906-1910): is located on Paseo de Gracia, number 92, was commissioned by Rosario Segimón of Mila. The artist conceived the work as a monument to the Virgen del Roser. The façade, which has made the baptized with the name of La Pedrera by its appearance of indestructible pile of stones is built on its largest by thin plates Vilafranca limestone, which is easy to work with minimal iron that would scare the technicians. The sinuosity of the façade provides openings of different orientation because of its great extent, reduce considerably the walls, the large number of windows on the facade and interior patios and sosteniemiento only allowed to distribute pillars like housing tenants and, if need be, you could easily change the fate of the building. It seems that an irresistible force that has formed geological huge block, leaving him the impression of movement, the twinning with the forms of nature is complete. The set is a monumental foot had to be the base of a magnificent group of sculptures, carved in stone, gilt metal and glass, representing the Virgin and two angels moving on Barcelona, which is why each terminal crest is carved facade word of the angelic salutation. Too bad that this particular work has been incomplete, not only the lack of the sculptures which justify it, but also because most of the finishing works were abandoned by Gaudí.
THE HOLY FAMILY: Construction began in 1882 and a year later Antoni Gaudi was appointed Project Director. Gaudí radically changed by replacing a first draft of their own, more ambitious, original and daring than the first. He worked there for over 40 years until his death in 1926. The general plan and its thorough study of the project, based on the innovative use of naturalistic shapes, are the material from which the architects of the temple continues today. Construido bajo el concepto de templo expiatorio, has been financed from the beginning exclusively on handouts from individuals, and thus continues to be, thanks to donations received from faithful and admirers of the work.
ANTONI GAUDÍ
Vida y personalidad
En sus partidas de bautismo y defunción y en la documentación de su etapa escolar figura como nacido en Reus (Cataluña), and being the only documents that are currently available, we can say that it was Gaudí Reus. Yet there is a dispute between Reus and Riudoms on the origin of the architect.
studied at the School of Architecture of Barcelona, where he graduated in 1878. During her studies she worked with teachers known works: these Fontseré, who was planning the cascade to the Ciutadella Park, and Francis P. del Villar, a school teacher. At the end of his career opened his own office, which later develop his famous works.
artistic genius Gaudí relied on a great character. Young moved to faith passionate, impetuous, irascible, a man calm, balanced, exemplary. He thought deeply about the problems of art and life, he acted strictly in accordance with his thinking, came to live with absolute loyalty to their deeply rooted religious beliefs, their high-minded civic and its refined aesthetic ideals, and showed that the highest inspiration artistic crown hard work, sustained, methodical and disciplined.
Catalan Modernism is an architectural style that develops mainly in Catalonia and Barcelona over 50 years, between 1880 and 1930. Although part of a general trend that emerges in all Eusopa in Catalonia acquired its own distinct personality, and becomes more developed probably modernism. In the late nineteenth century architectural trends emerging in Europe to break with traditional approaches and seek new ways to build towards the twentieth century, which give great importance to aesthetics. This movement is a consequence of the Industrial Revolution and the developments resulting from it have changed entirely the way of living of the population and have resulted in growth of cities, which have been established industries who run an increasing number of bourgeois. Modernism is thus an urban and bourgeois style. Modernism rejects unattractive style of architecture industrial in the first half of the nineteenth century, and develops new architectural concepts based in nature, consisting of the construction materials used in the forms of buildings and figures of their facades. The architects and sculptors placed outside buildings birds, butterflies, leaves and flowers as a decorative element, either as figures or ornament attached to the stone or ceramic. Also placed larger figures, mythical animals or people, and the cornices colored ceramic elements. The windows and balconies have wrought iron railings, which are carved artistically and contain motifs inspired by nature.

Bellesguard STATELY: Gaudí In this work adopts a quintessential Gothic composition; chose the finest elements of Gothic architecture. This building, designed by Gaudi Figueras family stands in the same place in the fifteenth century King Martin I had built a villa homes, a little retreat away from the city. The architect retained and completed the fragments of the actual towers, uniting them in a rectangular enclosure constituted viewpoint.
ORGANIC SYNTHESIS
This step is overcoming the previous, now the role, structure and plastic bones are full of expression and mutual dependence. Artistically the architectural integration of structural plastic humans: is replaced with new column by culumna tree trunk. Old age, rich in experience, Gaudí us back to the purity of images of children marvel at nature and at the service of religious art.

-Summary Adapted from Joan Bergos - Gaudi, the man and the work and Wikipedia
