Ovulation Discharge Vs. Pregnant Discharge

diagnosis and treatment of shoulder problems

- patologia dell'articolazione acromio clavicolare
- Algodystrophy or frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis
- conflict back (with a lesion of the deep surface of the supraspinatus tendon)
- calcifications

Depending on the cause of the disorder are medical and surgical treatments are different
- cuff tendinitis rotator unbloody manner or can be treated through an arthroscopic subacromial decompression
- A rupture of the rotator cuff may be sutured arthroscopically
- pain caused by a disease joint acromioclavicular joint, can be solved the acromion clavicular resection in arthroscopic .

How I solved the problems in the shoulder

I had already been made known orthopaedist who had diagnosed the disease and its therapeutic intervention.
It 'clear that what worked in my case could not give the same results in other situations, in view of the fact that causes the symptoms of shoulder pain (or to quote the medical term "bachelor humeral periarthritis ") may be very different.
E 'but a therapeutic trial that anyone suffering from this disorder should try before you undergo any surgery, but always traumatic for at least two good reasons:

  • si tratta di dedicare pochi minuti al giorno ad una serie di esercizi che possono essere fatti in casa con attrezzature di costo limitato e che si possono trovare in qualsiasi negozio di articoli sportivi;

Col braccio destro non riuscivo neppure a tirare e posizionare la cintura di sicurezza della macchina, I used to put in place using the left arm. After the first significant pain symptoms have of course made the visits and diagnostic checks of the rite. I started with the traditional visit to the family doctor and the subsequent radiograph, which, as often happens in these cases revealed no obvious abnormalities. Treatment with pain medication, even for specific disorders in the shoulder, did not give significant results, and this is very logical because it is well known that the pain medication acting on the symptom and not the cause. Then I went to the specialist, ie orthopedic, fate has me do the MRI, and meanwhile the shoulder pain and functional impairment of the right arm increased lentamente ma inesorabilmente.
A questo punto, come avevo già fatto per risolvere i problemi del mal di schiena, ho cercato di interpretare l’efficacia terapeutica degli esercizi sinteticamente descritti, combinando le conoscenza mechanics derived from my degree in Engineering with what little knowledge I could acquire medical consulting medical encyclopedias and articles on the Internet. And on that basis I have set and implemented a program of exercises that, in a few weeks, I have reduced first, and then eliminate, the discomfort and pain in the shoulder, completely mobilized and the strength of the right arm .
In the next blog post I'm going to describe, for the benefit of those who will read and want to experience them, the exercises I did and I propose, and the bio-mechanical interpretations that led me to develop this program of exercises that can be divided into two basic categories:

The human body: a marvelous machine

Stiamo in piedi senza avvertire nessuno sforzo.
The development of Western civilization and the constant search of "convenience" has led us to take for long periods of the day of positions "unnatural" when considered in relation to the environment in which our body structure is developed in the process of evolution of the human species. The current "lifestyle" of people in the Western world involves, for most of them to stand for the vast majority of the hours of the day, sitting: on a chair in the car, in the classroom, to table, office, chair etc.. The consequence of this behavior is that the natural flexibility of our joints is progressively reduced, leading to increased stress to which the various organs are tested as they are movements that depart, albeit slightly, from the positions we hold in situations of habit .
The lifestyle of today lead to a steady decrease in lead time in which the body is kept upright and as a result, they tend to reduce the unintended stimuli transmitted to the back muscles to maintain upright position, and that is the only can kind of "training" for the maintenance of muscle tone in these muscles. Thus, slowly and gradually reduce the power of action and reaction of the muscles that act on the vertebral spines, and the reduced capacity for action of muscles may allow those vertebrae abnormal movements that create pressure on the nerve roots leaving the spine, and are often because of "lumbago" If
muscles and joints do not have the flexibility needed to allow the body to reposition without causing stray voltages in the long run you experience abnormal stress on some of the interested parties, and therefore, inflammation and pain.

To control the household accounts

Controlling household expenses is becoming increasingly difficult. On the one hand, for many families, the revenue will have less and less safe because of the increasing precariousness of jobs, on the other hand, the costs are more and more, growing, diversified and managed with different payment instruments (cards various credit, checks on various bank accounts, cash, etc.). Moreover, they become more and more critical and incompressible expenses such as mortgages, different financing, insurance, rent, energy etc.. Under these conditions, it becomes increasingly difficult to control the proper balance of revenue and expenditure, and this is not much and not only registration as a sheet, but also as forecast, in order to prevent any imbalance between revenue and expenditure will reach the break-up situations. The recent crisis in U.S. mortgage delinquencies determined by the exponential growth is a clear and evident demonstration.
As companies today also need to equip families with tools to help you plan and record the revenue and expenditure to ensure the right balance of revenue and expenditure over the medium to long term.
But the family does not always have an accountant or a person with accounting skills required to manage a budget. In addition, the family budget must be managed according to the concept of "earnings" that characterizes the accounts and financial statements of companies, and therefore also computer programs that manage computer support those statements.
To help plan and manage the tickets and personal expenses and home program was developed Administration Domestic designed in accordance with two fundamental criteria:

  • ease of use by people without special skills of administrative and accounting

  • control of cash flows in and out, both at the level forecast sheet.

To verify that to the aforementioned objectives of the audit of the house of the households program, the program is made available free of charge for 12 months, after which it will decide whether or not to purchase the license to use the program .

Why this Blog

I started this blog to share with the public network of some of my experiences, whether they are professionals, that of a general nature and hobby, I have accumulated over 70 years of life and work activities.

The first experience that stretch about a problem that affects millions of people in Italy and around the world: the back pain, ovvero, per il dirla con i termini che usano normalmente i medici, la lombosciatalgia.

The Ten Commandments of Project Management

I have solved the problems of sciatica, a theme specifically vocational in nature, namely the Project Management. It 's a subject on which I had the opportunity to mature more than thirty years of experience at several medium and large public and private, especially in projects using advanced technologies. This theme has been written and published a lot, but the vast maggiornanza and proposals and publications come from experiences in Anglo American contexts. On this subject I think I can provide original contributions, since they are based on practical experiences made in Italy. In project management, what must be done, all right, in my opinion can be summarized ten-point, I thought about calling for a term that can be easily observed, the Ten Commandments of project management. A ten-point list that on the basis of our thirty years of experience in project management, summarizes briefly the main activities in which every project manager has to think every morning when he began his day's work.
1. Define and control the project's objectives.
2. Define the expected result and the final product
3. Develop the Business Case "project
4. Define the PBS and WBS
5. Formalize the decision to proceed
6. Definire l’organizzazione del progetto
7. Definire il piano operativo del progetto,
8. Assegnare le risorse ad ogni attività
9. Rilevare l'avanzamento e i consuntivi
10. Analizzare gli scostamenti e ripianificare

postures and exercises daily behavior

Today, most people spend many hours of their day sitting: the desk, computer, car, at the table or chair. Sitting and leaning back. In this position the muscles do not do any work, or have a job unnatural. It 'a good idea to try to spend a little time that we sit without support on the back of the chair or the chair, preferably with your back straight. But certainly not supported, so keep in operation the muscles supporting the spine. And since we spend many hours sitting, many hours can be devoted to this "training" does not mean that space for other activities.
Sitting on the floor.
A piedi nudi.
Camminate a piedi nudi tutte le volte che potete; tutto l’equilibrio del corpo dipende dalla correttezza dell’appoggio sul piede che, non a caso ovviamente, comprende ben 27 ossa più articulated or not. The shoes that we carry today from morning to night tend to make the foot a piece without the flexibility needed to ensure the proper balance of the whole body in different situations and conditions in which we find ourselves in the course of our day and our activities. Two years ago I had a holiday in Croatia with my daughter and my granddaughter for two years, on a pebble beach, well, my niece, despite the delicate skin from his legs, could walk and even run barefoot on those stones, while I could not move without slippers. Walking barefoot whenever possible to help give back to the foot a bit 'lost elasticity, with the benefit for the rest of the body.
Walking .
Walk whenever you can, walking is the most natural to man (and woman) since a million years ago, won a standing position. Walk, if you can, every day, at least half an hour. And if your work commitments I will not allow, Set aside an area at the weekend. Walking was the first effective therapy with which I get from the crisis that was the subject of sciatica after surgery of herniated disc. And when I perceived benefits, for thirty years I have continued to conduct business Running regularly, at least once a week, year-round, from January to December, with frost and snow and under the blazing sun of August. When I talk to friends and acquaintances of Running I'm doing, I would often say, "I do not have time." It 'an alibi and an excuse to themselves, it is only a matter of priority the things you want or you can do in the many times when you are taken to work commitments.

reactivation

exercises are aimed at reactivating the involuntary neuro-muscular mechanisms that control the various components of the structure of our body, especially when we are spine upright, still and moving.
The force of gravity pushes us down, but we do not fall. We stand senza avvertire nessuno sforzo.

Ovviamente è necessario alternare la posizione prima su una leg and then the other, taking care to maintain the position on each leg for the same time. The correct position "textbook" of the crane you carrying a foot against his thigh as close as possible to the groin, and having his arms raised. In reality, especially at the beginning and for many months, to maintain position on one foot you will need help putting a hand on the wall, a chair or table. The constant repetition of the exercise of cranes in the long run determines an improvement of balance, and therefore the ability to stand on one leg without support. This exercise is very important because it improves, and in some cases re-activate nerve impulses to the muscles that hold the spine in the correct position when we're standing, is that me moving. E 'is especially important for those suffering from back problems, which are often unilateral, then, inadvertently, we assume the positions that make us feel less pain, but incorrect positions to one side, and as usual becoming inadvertent nerve impulses tend to rebalance the muscular control to the new position incorrect. The exercise
Crane repeated on both legs allows you to redistribute in a balanced way on both sides of the body, especially on all the muscles of the spine, with nerve impulses control the standing of various components of our body structure.

neuromuscular exercises

motion exercises that I do and I suggest are a personal interpretation of some exercises and tips learned from reading some books on the Feldenkrais method: self-education through movement. The Feldenkrais method starts from a basic consideration, perhaps as obvious as the egg of Columbus, is that all parts of our body structure (bones, muscles, tendons, nervous system, etc..) Are designed to move. Another consideration is less obvious is that in most cases, bad posture, which are often the cause of various ailments and pains, are determined by states of tension, which tries to reduce moving or deleting. If we feel sore because we have been long stationary, standing or sitting, we feel the need to walk to the tensions that cause stiffness. When we take a painful cramp in bed or because we are forced into an incorrect position, the only way to eliminate it is often to walk and move. I like to dance, I happened to dance even when I was in a state of crisis by a sore back, while I was dancing I did not hear any noise, movement, united state of mind to do something you like, was reduced in a natural way (without muscle relaxant drugs) responsible for the tensions of the pain. In fact, the analysis underlying the Feldenkrais Method are far more detailed and complex, and are described in detail in the book "The Feldenkrais Method" Moshe Feldenkrais wrote their own.
When I started I tried different exercises suggested by the documentation on the method developed by me. In the end I focused on two main periods of movement that I do regularly: The pendulum with the barbell on your knees and back.

The Pendulum
This exercise movement you do on your back, arms extended and extended and hands resting on the ground in order to keep your back securely in place; feet on the floor with your knees slightly bent, they swing their right and left legs, pushing the movement to touch terra con la gamba.

Proseguire così il movimento oscillatorio in avanti e indietro facendo pin on the spine. This exercise is a real massage your back muscles and the whole spine, but a massage given by a natural swing back and forth on the back. It 'also an exercise that tones and develops the abdominal muscles due to stress the abs to lift your upper body during the swing forward.

motion exercises Stetching

exercises Stretching exercises are static and whose main purpose is to improve joint flexibility and lengthening the muscle to keep a few tens of seconds or few minutes at the locations provided by the proposed exercises, in order to recover un po’ della flessibilità perduta con le abitudini e le comodità della vita di tutti i giorni.

La posizione be repeated with both legs on the right and left legs. This position has a strong effect of strain on the hips, and therefore is a position that has a significant effect to improve the flexibility of also-basin area. It also has a side effect of strain on the knees. In this exercise, usually an adult is able to support only one buttock to the ground, because of insufficient flexibility of the hips and knees. Repeating this exercise for a long time, the distance from ground of the other buttock will tend to decrease, until you get to keep both buttocks on the ground. When I say long I mean not days but weeks and months.

Perfect Location
is a classic yoga position sitting on the floor with crossed legs and feet as close as possible to the thighs. The translation of the original Indian name of the position is highly significant utility and effectiveness of this position as an aid to recovery and maintaining the flexibility of the knees, ankles and hips. It 's a position that can be done without first having made the great joint flexibility required by the "Position Perfect" as is required by the masters of Yoga or described in the manuals, and that probably only the masters of Yoga are able to perform correctly. It is not as important as you will be able to bring your feet to the thighs, and when able to obtain the "perfect position". In my personal experience, whatever the degree of correctness of the position, the exercise is still useful to help improve joint flexibility of the hips and knees. For the maintenance of position may help grab your ankles with your hands, trying to bring the feet as much as possible under the thigh, but without forcing the position to the point you feel pain.

clamp
light from a sitting position with legs extended forward bend your torso forward with his hands up to grab her toes and touch your knees with your head.

This position allows you to apply effective stretching of the entire spine, from neck to the lumbar vertebrae, in a very natural, as determined solely by the pressure exerted by the weight of the legs.

The positions of the Child

Everyone will have noticed the great flexibility of children who, until at least three or four years of age, are able to bring in a natural way at the feet of the head. You may be tempted to think that this is due to the fact that children have more flexible bones. Not true! The bones of children are fully formed and rigid as those of adults.

It 's a position to exercise is simply to bend the knees as possible, lifting your heels off the ground and placing his hands on the ground, and to retain that position for several tens of seconds. It 's a simple exercise, but very useful, especially in the morning upon rising, or after sitting for many hours without getting up. The exercise makes it possible to restore mobility to the joints of the knees and ankles, after they have remained static for several hours. Despite the simplicity of the year, it is likely that, upon rising in the morning or after prolonged immobility of the legs, squatting in the position to present some difficulty, because of sore knees. And 'always so good to follow some simple precautions: lower center of gravity by bending the trunk forward before you start bending the knees down slowly, resting your hands on the floor, a chair or on a piece of furniture to reduce the stress of the knees during bending.

In Knee
Kneeling on the ground. It 's another location where you often put their children's.
knees resting on a carpet, barefoot and relaxed, and the buttocks resting on heels.
It 's a place of rest, but it produces effortlessly effective stretching of the muscles thigh, and helps to restore flexibility and mobility in the joints of the knee and ankle and foot.

fours
Hands and feet flat on the floor and legs straight. Other natural position for the baby, even before learning to walk. It seems like a trivial position, is by no means difficult to take. It 'hard to keep it for a while' time. We only need a minute a day. It allows you to exercise a healthy stretch on foot, ankle, Achilles tendon and the whole back of the leg muscles and tendons. It 'also a useful exercise for the hands, arms and shoulder. The hand resting on the ground exerts a stretching fingers on the hand and wrist, while the support in compressione del peso del corpo sulle braccia e sulle spalle aiuta a controbilanciare le sollecitazioni in trazione che normalmente interessano braccia a spalle: trasporto di borse, valigie, buste del supermercato e quant’altro.
