exercises Stretching exercises are static and whose main purpose is to improve joint flexibility and lengthening the muscle to keep a few tens of seconds or few minutes at the locations provided by the proposed exercises, in order to recover un po’ della flessibilità perduta con le abitudini e le comodità della vita di tutti i giorni.
La posizione be repeated with both legs on the right and left legs. This position has a strong effect of strain on the hips, and therefore is a position that has a significant effect to improve the flexibility of also-basin area. It also has a side effect of strain on the knees. In this exercise, usually an adult is able to support only one buttock to the ground, because of insufficient flexibility of the hips and knees. Repeating this exercise for a long time, the distance from ground of the other buttock will tend to decrease, until you get to keep both buttocks on the ground. When I say long I mean not days but weeks and months.
Perfect Location
is a classic yoga position sitting on the floor with crossed legs and feet as close as possible to the thighs. The translation of the original Indian name of the position is highly significant utility and effectiveness of this position as an aid to recovery and maintaining the flexibility of the knees, ankles and hips. It 's a position that can be done without first having made the great joint flexibility required by the "Position Perfect" as is required by the masters of Yoga or described in the manuals, and that probably only the masters of Yoga are able to perform correctly. It is not as important as you will be able to bring your feet to the thighs, and when able to obtain the "perfect position". In my personal experience, whatever the degree of correctness of the position, the exercise is still useful to help improve joint flexibility of the hips and knees. For the maintenance of position may help grab your ankles with your hands, trying to bring the feet as much as possible under the thigh, but without forcing the position to the point you feel pain.
clamp
light from a sitting position with legs extended forward bend your torso forward with his hands up to grab her toes and touch your knees with your head.
This position allows you to apply effective stretching of the entire spine, from neck to the lumbar vertebrae, in a very natural, as determined solely by the pressure exerted by the weight of the legs.

Everyone will have noticed the great flexibility of children who, until at least three or four years of age, are able to bring in a natural way at the feet of the head. You may be tempted to think that this is due to the fact that children have more flexible bones. Not true! The bones of children are fully formed and rigid as those of adults.
It 's a position to exercise is simply to bend the knees as possible, lifting your heels off the ground and placing his hands on the ground, and to retain that position for several tens of seconds. It 's a simple exercise, but very useful, especially in the morning upon rising, or after sitting for many hours without getting up. The exercise makes it possible to restore mobility to the joints of the knees and ankles, after they have remained static for several hours. Despite the simplicity of the year, it is likely that, upon rising in the morning or after prolonged immobility of the legs, squatting in the position to present some difficulty, because of sore knees. And 'always so good to follow some simple precautions: lower center of gravity by bending the trunk forward before you start bending the knees down slowly, resting your hands on the floor, a chair or on a piece of furniture to reduce the stress of the knees during bending.
In Knee
Kneeling on the ground. It 's another location where you often put their children's.
knees resting on a carpet, barefoot and relaxed, and the buttocks resting on heels.
It 's a place of rest, but it produces effortlessly effective stretching of the muscles thigh, and helps to restore flexibility and mobility in the joints of the knee and ankle and foot.
fours
Hands and feet flat on the floor and legs straight. Other natural position for the baby, even before learning to walk. It seems like a trivial position, is by no means difficult to take. It 'hard to keep it for a while' time. We only need a minute a day. It allows you to exercise a healthy stretch on foot, ankle, Achilles tendon and the whole back of the leg muscles and tendons. It 'also a useful exercise for the hands, arms and shoulder. The hand resting on the ground exerts a stretching fingers on the hand and wrist, while the support in compressione del peso del corpo sulle braccia e sulle spalle aiuta a controbilanciare le sollecitazioni in trazione che normalmente interessano braccia a spalle: trasporto di borse, valigie, buste del supermercato e quant’altro.

Cosa e Come ho fatto
Per definire gli esercizi e le azioni più appropriate per risolvere i miei problemi ho messo insieme le conoscenza della meccanica derivate dalla my degree in Engineering with what little knowledge of medicine that can be acquired by consulting medical encyclopedias and articles on the Internet. Because concepts of mechanics and medicine? Because the human body is a wonderful machine consists of several components connected and interdependent, subject to the laws of mechanics. From this analysis, I derived a set of actions, exercises, and conduct which, taken together, have helped to return to my body quell'equibrio bio-mechanical, gradually and progressively led to the reduction and elimination of the disorder. The set of actions, behaviors and exercises taken from me can be grouped into five categories, described in Subsequent Post:
- Child : exercises and actions to gradually retrieve bio-dynamic equilibrium that can be found in the child.
- Stretching: stretching exercises, joint, mostly concentrated in the area also-basin, designed to reduce the stress of the lumbar-dorsal grazien the greater flexibility of the hips in bending.
- Movement: movement exercises designed to promote greater mobility of the structural components of the body that the normal habits of life tend to stiffen.
- Neuromuscular : exercises designed to activate the mechanisms that neuro-muscular control the spine upright.
- Posture: posture and behavior in daily activities and work, aimed at promoting the reduction of stiffness caused by incorrect posture, caused by the need and the convenience of modern life.
My back pain: history
The story of my back pain nobody cares. A story that is probably very similar to that of many other people who have had similar problems.
I have not felt appropriate to bring it back here, to show how serious my problem. A problem that plagued me for years, since back in 1968, stato operato di ernia al disco (quarta e quinta lombare). However, since then I started to do with regularity and continuity Running activity, reducing up to completely eliminate the back pain. In this way I have been monitoring the disease for nearly three decades, with some minor relapse which resolved within days, with some pharmacological help. Until three years ago when I had a strong first relapse. At that time I attended a trip to Egypt organized by the group runners which I belong, and the program of the trip was a stop at the laboratory of the Egyptian state-run natural essences, among the many species presented, we were shown the power "miraculous" oil of sandalwood for the treatment of various joint and muscle disorders, inviting interested parties to present a sample application with its massage. I, who was in particularly critical conditions, I accepted, hoping to improve my condition. An experienced massage therapist gave me a massage with sandalwood oil in the party in the back and at that moment I had a benefit, or at least I thought and hoped. Instead, the next morning, when getting up from the table after breakfast, I fell heavily to the ground, the right knee had suddenly fallen. That massage was definitely worse, possibly causing a strong inflammation, or perhaps an injury to the nerve root that controls the muscles of gamba, avendo determinato come conseguenza una riduzione della capacità muscolare della gamba. A principle of improvement after a few months, then a new relapse, worse than the first. One day, two colleagues with whom I talked about my problems, they gave me the ideas that I started the path that allowed me to solve problems. One of them, he also suffers from problems of back pain due to two herniated disc, lent me his book "Stretching Structural " which described a series of exercises that had enabled him to overcome the crisis of acute pain back. Another colleague told me about a friend of his still young, he had solved the same problems using the exercises of the method Feldenkrais. I immediately started to try out some exercises from the book Stretching Structural, and I immediately brought some books of the Feldenkrais Method. And above all I studied carefully the exercises by both structural Stretching from the Feldenkrais Method, focusing not so much on the correct execution of the exercises, but on the ground and the likelihood that each year could have on the human body, trying to interpret these effects also in terms of bio-mechanics. I am an engineer, and I discovered that even the founder of the Feldenkrais was an engineer. So I started to run my program on a daily basis and one of my sequence of exercises, also of interpreting my Taking into account the ability to run functional limitations that stemmed from back pain and limited joint flexibility.
I must say that the ending of the story has a happy ending. Because after a few weeks I started feeling much improved, and within three or four months back pain has gone completely and also, slowly, I have fully recovered his strength and functionality of the leg and right knee. I also started running again, and last year I was able to run again the New York Marathon, managing to finish in less than six hours.
put into service in my web history, and the resulting experiences and information, as an additional contribution, beyond the many already in the network, in the belief that others, following a similar path, they can get the same results.
