neuromuscular exercises
motion exercises that I do and I suggest are a personal interpretation of some exercises and tips learned from reading some books on the Feldenkrais method: self-education through movement. The Feldenkrais method starts from a basic consideration, perhaps as obvious as the egg of Columbus, is that all parts of our body structure (bones, muscles, tendons, nervous system, etc..) Are designed to move. Another consideration is less obvious is that in most cases, bad posture, which are often the cause of various ailments and pains, are determined by states of tension, which tries to reduce moving or deleting. If we feel sore because we have been long stationary, standing or sitting, we feel the need to walk to the tensions that cause stiffness. When we take a painful cramp in bed or because we are forced into an incorrect position, the only way to eliminate it is often to walk and move. I like to dance, I happened to dance even when I was in a state of crisis by a sore back, while I was dancing I did not hear any noise, movement, united state of mind to do something you like, was reduced in a natural way (without muscle relaxant drugs) responsible for the tensions of the pain. In fact, the analysis underlying the Feldenkrais Method are far more detailed and complex, and are described in detail in the book "The Feldenkrais Method" Moshe Feldenkrais wrote their own.
When I started I tried different exercises suggested by the documentation on the method developed by me. In the end I focused on two main periods of movement that I do regularly: The pendulum with the barbell on your knees and back.
The Pendulum
This exercise movement you do on your back, arms extended and extended and hands resting on the ground in order to keep your back securely in place; feet on the floor with your knees slightly bent, they swing their right and left legs, pushing the movement to touch terra con la gamba.
Proseguire così il movimento oscillatorio in avanti e indietro facendo pin on the spine. This exercise is a real massage your back muscles and the whole spine, but a massage given by a natural swing back and forth on the back. It 'also an exercise that tones and develops the abdominal muscles due to stress the abs to lift your upper body during the swing forward.

exercises Stretching exercises are static and whose main purpose is to improve joint flexibility and lengthening the muscle to keep a few tens of seconds or few minutes at the locations provided by the proposed exercises, in order to recover un po’ della flessibilità perduta con le abitudini e le comodità della vita di tutti i giorni.
La posizione be repeated with both legs on the right and left legs. This position has a strong effect of strain on the hips, and therefore is a position that has a significant effect to improve the flexibility of also-basin area. It also has a side effect of strain on the knees. In this exercise, usually an adult is able to support only one buttock to the ground, because of insufficient flexibility of the hips and knees. Repeating this exercise for a long time, the distance from ground of the other buttock will tend to decrease, until you get to keep both buttocks on the ground. When I say long I mean not days but weeks and months.
Perfect Location
is a classic yoga position sitting on the floor with crossed legs and feet as close as possible to the thighs. The translation of the original Indian name of the position is highly significant utility and effectiveness of this position as an aid to recovery and maintaining the flexibility of the knees, ankles and hips. It 's a position that can be done without first having made the great joint flexibility required by the "Position Perfect" as is required by the masters of Yoga or described in the manuals, and that probably only the masters of Yoga are able to perform correctly. It is not as important as you will be able to bring your feet to the thighs, and when able to obtain the "perfect position". In my personal experience, whatever the degree of correctness of the position, the exercise is still useful to help improve joint flexibility of the hips and knees. For the maintenance of position may help grab your ankles with your hands, trying to bring the feet as much as possible under the thigh, but without forcing the position to the point you feel pain.
clamp
light from a sitting position with legs extended forward bend your torso forward with his hands up to grab her toes and touch your knees with your head.
This position allows you to apply effective stretching of the entire spine, from neck to the lumbar vertebrae, in a very natural, as determined solely by the pressure exerted by the weight of the legs.

The positions of the Child
Everyone will have noticed the great flexibility of children who, until at least three or four years of age, are able to bring in a natural way at the feet of the head. You may be tempted to think that this is due to the fact that children have more flexible bones. Not true! The bones of children are fully formed and rigid as those of adults.
It 's a position to exercise is simply to bend the knees as possible, lifting your heels off the ground and placing his hands on the ground, and to retain that position for several tens of seconds. It 's a simple exercise, but very useful, especially in the morning upon rising, or after sitting for many hours without getting up. The exercise makes it possible to restore mobility to the joints of the knees and ankles, after they have remained static for several hours. Despite the simplicity of the year, it is likely that, upon rising in the morning or after prolonged immobility of the legs, squatting in the position to present some difficulty, because of sore knees. And 'always so good to follow some simple precautions: lower center of gravity by bending the trunk forward before you start bending the knees down slowly, resting your hands on the floor, a chair or on a piece of furniture to reduce the stress of the knees during bending.
In Knee
Kneeling on the ground. It 's another location where you often put their children's.
knees resting on a carpet, barefoot and relaxed, and the buttocks resting on heels.
It 's a place of rest, but it produces effortlessly effective stretching of the muscles thigh, and helps to restore flexibility and mobility in the joints of the knee and ankle and foot.
fours
Hands and feet flat on the floor and legs straight. Other natural position for the baby, even before learning to walk. It seems like a trivial position, is by no means difficult to take. It 'hard to keep it for a while' time. We only need a minute a day. It allows you to exercise a healthy stretch on foot, ankle, Achilles tendon and the whole back of the leg muscles and tendons. It 'also a useful exercise for the hands, arms and shoulder. The hand resting on the ground exerts a stretching fingers on the hand and wrist, while the support in compressione del peso del corpo sulle braccia e sulle spalle aiuta a controbilanciare le sollecitazioni in trazione che normalmente interessano braccia a spalle: trasporto di borse, valigie, buste del supermercato e quant’altro.
