The Ten Commandments of Project Management
I have solved the problems of sciatica, a theme specifically vocational in nature, namely the Project Management. It 's a subject on which I had the opportunity to mature more than thirty years of experience at several medium and large public and private, especially in projects using advanced technologies. This theme has been written and published a lot, but the vast maggiornanza and proposals and publications come from experiences in Anglo American contexts. On this subject I think I can provide original contributions, since they are based on practical experiences made in Italy. In project management, what must be done, all right, in my opinion can be summarized ten-point, I thought about calling for a term that can be easily observed, the Ten Commandments of project management. A ten-point list that on the basis of our thirty years of experience in project management, summarizes briefly the main activities in which every project manager has to think every morning when he began his day's work.
1. Define and control the project's objectives.
2. Define the expected result and the final product
3. Develop the Business Case "project
4. Define the PBS and WBS
5. Formalize the decision to proceed
6. Definire l’organizzazione del progetto
7. Definire il piano operativo del progetto,
8. Assegnare le risorse ad ogni attività
9. Rilevare l'avanzamento e i consuntivi
10. Analizzare gli scostamenti e ripianificare

postures and exercises daily behavior
Today, most people spend many hours of their day sitting: the desk, computer, car, at the table or chair. Sitting and leaning back. In this position the muscles do not do any work, or have a job unnatural. It 'a good idea to try to spend a little time that we sit without support on the back of the chair or the chair, preferably with your back straight. But certainly not supported, so keep in operation the muscles supporting the spine. And since we spend many hours sitting, many hours can be devoted to this "training" does not mean that space for other activities.
Sitting on the floor.
A piedi nudi.
Camminate a piedi nudi tutte le volte che potete; tutto l’equilibrio del corpo dipende dalla correttezza dell’appoggio sul piede che, non a caso ovviamente, comprende ben 27 ossa più articulated or not. The shoes that we carry today from morning to night tend to make the foot a piece without the flexibility needed to ensure the proper balance of the whole body in different situations and conditions in which we find ourselves in the course of our day and our activities. Two years ago I had a holiday in Croatia with my daughter and my granddaughter for two years, on a pebble beach, well, my niece, despite the delicate skin from his legs, could walk and even run barefoot on those stones, while I could not move without slippers. Walking barefoot whenever possible to help give back to the foot a bit 'lost elasticity, with the benefit for the rest of the body.
Walking .
Walk whenever you can, walking is the most natural to man (and woman) since a million years ago, won a standing position. Walk, if you can, every day, at least half an hour. And if your work commitments I will not allow, Set aside an area at the weekend. Walking was the first effective therapy with which I get from the crisis that was the subject of sciatica after surgery of herniated disc. And when I perceived benefits, for thirty years I have continued to conduct business Running regularly, at least once a week, year-round, from January to December, with frost and snow and under the blazing sun of August. When I talk to friends and acquaintances of Running I'm doing, I would often say, "I do not have time." It 'an alibi and an excuse to themselves, it is only a matter of priority the things you want or you can do in the many times when you are taken to work commitments.

reactivation
exercises are aimed at reactivating the involuntary neuro-muscular mechanisms that control the various components of the structure of our body, especially when we are spine upright, still and moving.
The force of gravity pushes us down, but we do not fall. We stand senza avvertire nessuno sforzo.
Ovviamente è necessario alternare la posizione prima su una leg and then the other, taking care to maintain the position on each leg for the same time. The correct position "textbook" of the crane you carrying a foot against his thigh as close as possible to the groin, and having his arms raised. In reality, especially at the beginning and for many months, to maintain position on one foot you will need help putting a hand on the wall, a chair or table. The constant repetition of the exercise of cranes in the long run determines an improvement of balance, and therefore the ability to stand on one leg without support. This exercise is very important because it improves, and in some cases re-activate nerve impulses to the muscles that hold the spine in the correct position when we're standing, is that me moving. E 'is especially important for those suffering from back problems, which are often unilateral, then, inadvertently, we assume the positions that make us feel less pain, but incorrect positions to one side, and as usual becoming inadvertent nerve impulses tend to rebalance the muscular control to the new position incorrect. The exercise
